&Team is a Japanese boy group formed through the survival show &Audition -The Howling-. The group is managed by HYBE Japan. They are closely tied to the kpop group ENHYPEN.
The group was formed on September 3rd, 2022.
They debuted on December 7th, 2022 with the mini album First Howling:ME.

&TEAM is a very strong dance group. More often than not (especially noticable in their dance practice videos) they're so in sync their footsteps become one. It's impressive to watch.
I think &TEAM has a no-skip discography. All of their music is unique and refreshing to the ear while maintaining some diversity between concepts. (see big suki / under the skin / scar to scar)
While on their own each member carries their own charm, together they create a very comforting family unit that works well together. I think every member has strengths which play off one another.
